I have partnered with a global (majority London based) Asset Management firm in their search for a People & Performance Business Partner. This is an extremely exciting period for the firm as they look to continue their growth & also AUM, which will allow the People & Performance Business Partner to truly roll up their sleeves & get involved with the full remit of HR.

Responsibilities:

• Support the recruitment process for the organisation units you are responsible for
• Coach those involved in recruitment to maximise the effectiveness of their contribution to the process and ensure best practice is being adhered to
• Manage the firmwide probation and performance reviews processes
• Ensure that the quality of conversations and recorded outputs is high for the organization units you are responsible for
• Facilitate and participate in conversations regarding learning and development firmwide and for the organization units you are responsible for using performance review as an input
• Oversee payroll and pensions workstreams
• Work with the team to deliver people data and analysis for regular and ad hoc reporting, automating where possible
• Monitoring and enhancing our EVP
• Monitoring and enhancing our employer brand
• Helping to resolve employee relations issues before they escalate such as disciplinary, grievance, and performance issues for the organization units you are responsible for
• Ensure all People and performance activity takes into consideration ESG factors to maximise corporate sustainability and support the firm's diversity and inclusion objectives

Skills:

• CIPD Qualified
• Relevant degree, or degree equivalent
• Business partner and specialist experience * Successful resolution of ER cases (expected to be low volume)
• Has a strategic view but with an ability and desire to operate at a tactical level
• Innovative and entrepreneurial
• Demonstrates a commercial mindset
