Page Personnel are currently partnering with a leading retail business, based in Deeside, Flintshire, who are looking for a HR Advisor to join their team. Working on a HR Adviceline, you will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to line managers, and for opening new employee relations cases.

Description

The HR Advisor will be responsible for:

  • Providing advice and guidance via the adviceline for line managers on a range of employee relations matters
  • Coaching managers in all aspects of people management
  • Manage a portfolio of employee relations cases, opening new case files and supporting Case Managers
  • Ensuring all case management details are accurately recorded, ensuring they are proactively managed
  • Ensuring all SLAs are met
  • Reviewing and preparing letters and documents
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required

Profile

The successful HR Advisor will have:

  • A proven track record within a busy HR related role
  • A solid knowledge of absence management, family leave, and wellbeing policies and procedures, including law and legislation surrounding this
  • CIPD qualification (desirable)
  • An ability to build positive working relationships with people at all levels
  • Effective stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to meet tight deadlines and manage changing priorities
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Good problem solving skills
  • A genuine desire to learn

Job Offer

  • A salary of up to £30,000 depending on experience
