HYBRID PERMANENT HR OFFICER JOB IN NOTTINGHAM

Your new role
You will be working in a small but friendly, cohesive HR team to
- Assist and support managers and employees in all aspects of the employee life-cycle
- Support Recruitment and Selection - from advertising, supporting with and arranging interviews, onboarding, inductions
- Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, Staffing and Employee Development, Safety, Health & Well-being, legal compliance and employee communications
- Advise and guide managers on the interpretation of HR / Company Policies and procedures
- Collect and analyse HR information and data
- Conduct / coordinate delivery of training courses utilising both internal and external resources to provide tools to meet needs
- Participate in and/or lead projects to achieve the unit / site HR strategic and tactical goals - Work with Regional colleagues on Regional HR Projects
What you'll need to succeed
- CIPD level 3 minimum ideally
- Good IT skills
- Strong organisational skills
