Reward and Compensation Consultant - Birmingham

Oakleaf Partnership Midlands are hiring for a wonderful technology business based in Birmingham. The Reward and Compensation Consultant will be based in Birmingham one day per week with occasional trips to the HQ in Ireland. The successful candidate will have excellent experience within Remuneration, Benefits, HRIS and project management. This role sits within the People Operations functions and will work closely with the compensation manager on a daily basis. This is a fantastic business to work for - they are hot on employee engagement and wellbeing and are all about growth!

What will you be doing?
  • Working with the Compensation Manager on annual salary reviews, relocation packages, renewal of benefits and strategic projects
  • Support global mobility Drive improvements of people processes utilising HRIS systems Develop management reporting Building strong relationships with business leaders in the business


This is a great role for someone who has good reward experience but an individual who wants to work for a growth business, an individual who is able to build processes and improvements to the reward function.
