Description
A Talent Development Manager to:
- Support the team with early career programmes
- Ensure the right capabilities required for the future are being attracted and developed
- Join the organisation during the transformation in talent pathways and the re-shaping of processes
- Ensure successful programme delivery and management
- Support in re-sharing of the strategy
- Develop strong and credible relationships with key stakeholders
- Lead and support the scope and development of talent programmes
- Manage third party and supplier relationships
Profile
A Talent Development Manager with:
- A passion for talent development
- Previous experience in the development of early careers programmes
- Confidence working in a fast paced environment
- Previous experience of leading and supporting roles desirable
