Your new company

Working for a European Private Asset Management and Private Equity fund manager, based in the West End, covering over 12 locations across Europe, with the headcount of 300. Your new role You will be reporting into the People Director supporting both operationally and strategically within full end to end employee life cycle. You will be a trusted partner to the senior leadership team in the business as well as face up all detailed employee relations queries.

• Talent Acquisition - Responsible for Recruitment, Onboarding, and induction processes.
• Design and management recruitment processes.
• Manage relations and terms with PSL.
• Onboarding and immigration across jurisdictions, ensuring SMCR compliant
• Partnering with internal teams to management workforce planning and talent management
• Performance reviews, conduct annual reviews, host and conduct exit interviews, probationary meetings
• Learning and development - Identity and support learning needs across the business and liaise with external L&D Suppliers
• Compensation and Benefits - Job evaluation, benchmarking and pensions
• Employee Relations - Lead managers in the annual bonus and merit adjustment process. Advises senior leaders during the annual market
• Employment law expert and advisor
• Resolving ER issues before they escalate such as disciplinary, grievance and performance issues
• Compliance and ESG Responsibilities

What you'll need to succeed

• Level 7 CIPD Qualified
• Degree, or degree equivalent, technical understanding of talent management including talent acquisition, learning and development and reward
• Relevant work experience
• Has resolved ER cases (expected to be low volume)
• Recently permanent employment history of working as a HRBP / Head of for an SME Financial Services company, ideally investment banking, capital markets or private equity
