Your new role
As the Alumni Careers Manager you will be involved in the effective design, development and delivery of a world-class career and professional development service, both group and individually based, ensuring high quality provision to equip the MBA members with the career management skills required to maximise their employability and career potential over their lifetimes.

What you'll need to succeed
To be effective you will need experience and a proven track record of success in the delivery of university level career services or the management of a corporate recruitment programme, with a focus towards post graduate, senior executive alumni. A capable leader and strong team player, you will have a demonstrable ability to plan strategically and operationally; excellent organisational and project management skills; and a passion to support and coach our alumni to help them achieve their personal career goals. You should be able to build strong and enduring relationships with a diverse group of graduating students and alumni, academics and corporate practitioners.
