REMOTE Culture & Capability Business Partner

Our client is a large global brand with a strong ambition of business growth underpinned by an exceptional organisational culture at the heart of its business.

This isn't a Field BP role in its traditional form, you'll be providing HR leadership to the UK Delivery side of the business. A franchise business with over 300 sites in the UK with further plans to grow this number over the next 3 years - mainly via franchise partners, of which they have more than 50 of the best. You will be a commercially minded HR Leader and will report into the Head of Capability & Training (Europe).

This role is all about making the franchises of our client's business as successful as possible - by enabling them to achieve their global training standards, ensuring they have the structures in place to deliver breakthrough results, designing and partnering with them on effective hiring strategies, and working closely with their Operations and Customer team to build great people capability in this space.

You will be working closely with the UK Head of Operations and will also need to connect the dots of the business to ensure that they are providing a great team member experience for their site teams and ensuring teams in the field plan effectively to ensure only positive impacts are had on their site teams.

This is a role that requires great communication and organisational skills, a strong ability to read the room and provide insight and ideas on our client's ways of working. If you have the ideas, and they yield results this could be a great role for you! You also need to know how to genuinely connect and take people with you. Why? Because you will be given the freedom to craft, create and build frameworks that can be used by diverse teams all over the business.

You'll appreciate the complexity of a field based business, whilst also understanding the corporate operations that support it. Experience of working with franchisees would be absolutely ideal. Preferably, you have operated strategically in multi-site HR, have led critical business initiatives, and have a theoretical toolkit to compliment your practical experience

* This is a highly remote role
* Salary £60,000-£70,000
* 12-month FTC / interim day rate available (c£350pd)
