Oakleaf Partnership are looking for an standalone Recruitment Partner to join our client at their small social media and marketing agency in Manchester city centre. This is a vibrant and diverse team of professionals that help individuals and businesses get the most out of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms. Working with well recognised brands, this SME has just had a significant investment, meaning recruitment is going to be a big focus.

The Recruitment Partner will be the first talent acquisition specialist the company has had, paving the way for how recruitment campaigns are run, and working closely with the People team to strategically source fantastic candidates but also recognise successors in the business. The role requires a good all-rounder, happy to do a full end to end recruitment role. Ideally, the right person will have set up a recruitment function/strategy before, but this isn't essential.

Day to day duties include:

  • Taking job requirements from hiring managers and setting up vacancies on the website and social media
  • Direct sourcing, pipelining passive candidates, and managing own talent pool
  • Screening incoming applications and arranging interviews
  • Providing salary insights, market mapping, succession planning
  • Managing stakeholder expectations
  • Being creative with sourcing and ensuring a positive experience for all candidates

The business operates on a hybrid model working 2/3 days in the office, but flexibility can be accommodated. The salary is up to £40,000 and the client is looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
