Your new company
A growing and successful public sector organisation is recruiting to a brand new Organisational Development job role as they continue to develop and enhance their people and culture strategy. This would suit an experienced Learning and Organisational Development Advisor or L&D Business Partner looking for a varied, project related role with great benefits.

Your new role
Working closely with the Head of Organisational Development, and other senior stakeholders throughout the HR and People directorate, you will be a key player in identifying, designing, delivering and evaluating innovative learning interventions supporting the delivery of the people strategy. You will lead and contribute to various HR workstreams and projects, building capability throughout the organisation, supporting cultural and behavioural change, leadership development and enhancement in wellbeing, diversity and inclusion.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced L&OD practitioner, ideally CIPD level 7 equivalent. Significant experience is needed across People and Organisational Development including competency and capability development, leadership and management development, embedding values and behaviour frameworks, talent management, team development, organisational and cultural change and employee engagement.
