Our Client is looking to welcome a Talent Acquisition Resourcer to their team. You will be a pivotal part of the team to bring the stakeholders and the Talent team together and continuously improve the recruitment process.

Our client is based in Liverpool and looking for a TA to join their team.
Description
Your day to day will be but not limited to:
- Building internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Work closely with the Head of TA
- Collating data to spot market trends
- 360 recruitment
- Matching candidate to client
- Candidate attraction
- Weekly and monthly reporting
- Work closely with the L&D team
- Continuously look for ways to develop and improve the recruitment process
- Travel maybe needed to the business needs
Profile
Our client is looking for a candidate that has
- Recruitment experience
- High communications skills both written and verbal
- RP or IHR cert
- Ability to travel if needed (not a regularly only to business needs)
