Reward Consultant / Manager REMOTE * Remote role (Must be UK based) *Oakleaf Partnership Midlands are partnering with a large digital services organisation to find a Reward Consultant / Manager.You will be an experienced Reward professional who is able to support the Head of Reward in delivering against the Reward strategy.Duties:
- Support the Head of Reward to deliver the reward strategy effectively, enhancing attraction, engagement and staff retention. Work with HR Business Partners and Managers Pay review and pay cycle operationsBenchmarkingAdvising on elements impacting employee engagementProduce reports and analysis to support decision makingResearching market information
- Strong MS Excel skillsExperience delivering employee reward models
- Willis Towers Watson experienceExperience implementing reward frameworksCIPD qualified Share Plans Experience
