Your new company
Our Education client in Leicestershire are looking for a Recruitment and Resourcing Manager, initially on a 6 month interim basis to start as soon as possible and no later than January 2023.

Your new role
As Recruitment Manager you will be working as part of the HR Leadership team leading a team of 9 recruiters & supporting staff to deliver a high quality, strategically driven recruitment and resourcing service to the organisation with duties including:

  • People management of the team (9) ensuring colleagues are developed and motivated appropriately driving continuous improvement
  • Delivering an efficient, solution focused and strategically informed end-to-end Recruitment and Resourcing service
  • Lead the development and delivery of innovative and sector-leading recruitment and resourcing activities which attract high quality, diverse and international candidates
  • Provide leadership to management across the organisation on best practise in recruitment & resourcing
  • Manage workforce planning information to plan the resourcing approaches

This is a full time position offering flexible and hybrid working with 3 days a week on site. This is initially a 6 month contract position with the opportunity to apply to the post permanently in March 2023. Please note to be considered for this role you will need to be able to start a new role no later than 9th January 2023.

What you'll need to succeed
For this position our client are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager with a proven record of people managing, leading and developing a successful recruitment team. You will of need to lead a recruitment team in a large and complex organisation and have experience working with, coaching and developing management at all levels in best recruitment practise. You will need experience of using workforce planning data to identify key resourcing requirements to support the organisation strategy with strong coaching and influencing skills.
