Remote Working HR Manager with meetings some hybrid working in the South, South West, or South East.


You will be working as part of a professional and busy HR consultancy team which works across NHS and healthcare providers throughout the South, South East and South West.

As an HR Manager you will be working predominantly remotely with occasional needs to visit sites.

As an HR Manager you will be working proactively with different organisations/department and managers across various sites.

  • You will support and coach managers with a full range of HR & ER advice and support
  • Handling a range of complex employer relations case work - eg Grievance , disciplinary, performance, absence, dismissal and investigations.
  • To work with Managers on the design, development, planning and implementation of organisational changes.
  • To ensure the provision of advice and support on both the people and employment law aspects
  • To ensure the application of the organisations recruitment and selection policy and procedure in order to achieve good practice and compliance with employment law. Including advice on the recruitment processes that are best suited to the recruitment requirements including selection methods and attending senior level and complex interview panels if required
  • To work with Managers to ensure that effective induction arrangements are in place for all staff.
  • To work with Managers to develop and support effective systems and practices of staff communication and involvement.
  • To work with Managers, staff and Trade Union representatives to promote a culture of healthy employee relations.
  • Working and encouraging managers to take the management lead in resolving employee relations issues.
  • To work with managers to promote equality and diversity, in the recruitment, management and development of staff.
  • To identify any employee resourcing and retention risks associated with the application of these systems, developing appropriate solutions in line with organisation policy, leading on their implementation.
  • To identify the workforce information requirements for managers and ensure that suitable workforce information is provided. To undertake appropriate trend analysis, advising managers on solutions to issues raised.
  • To prepare reports on any aspect of Human Resources management for presentation at meetings making use of qualitative and quantitative research and data as applicable
  • Working with managers to deliver TUPE transfers, developing consultation documents, support the consultation process and delivering the required due diligence in line with TUPE and internal requirements.
  • Working with managers to deliver organisation change programmes, developing consultation documents, supporting the consultation process and ensuring organisational change is delivered in line with policy requirements

Candidates
We are seeking experience HR Managers or possibly experienced Senior HR Advisors who have a broad background of HR generalist and HR/Employer Relations.
  • Proven experience of providing advice and guidance to managers across a wide range of HR & Employer relations areas.
  • CIPD / Level 5 or 7
  • Has had at least three years' experience at Senior HR Advisor level, or relevant experience at HR Manager level experience
  • Experience of leading on and providing HR expertise with regard to complex and varied organisational change projects and TUPE transfers
  • Ideally seeking experience from large complex organisations such as public sector, NHS, or complex commercial organisation with union representation ideally

The Role will be offered on an initial 12 months fixed term contract basis but highly likely longer potential
Working remotely from home with an agile approach to be able to attend/meetings and visit organisations/sites within various areas eg - South, South East, South West.
