Pension & Benefits Advisor

  • Hybrid working: 2-3 days in the office

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Pensions and Benefits administrator to join an exciting global IT business. The role will be reporting to the Head of HR and work very closely with the wider HR team.

The Reward Analyst responsibilities will include:

  • Report and record keeping showing auto enrolments, out-outs, contributions etc
  • Arranging re-enrolment every three years and ensure all legislation is followed
  • Processing pension payments on the payroll system (ADP)
  • Ensuring accurate data is uploaded each month and sent to the Pension provider
  • Keep track of legislation requirements around Minimum wage and salary sacrifice
  • Manage the annual change in contribution process
  • Be the first point of contact for pension and benefits queries
  • Meeting with new staff to explain pension and postponement
  • Working with our brokers and pension providers to run webinars
  • Review & update the Pension policy in line with legislation changes and internal policy and procedure changes
  • Manage the membership changes on private medical scheme by maintaining updates for starter, leavers and changes
  • Support Payroll Manager with other tasks such as A1 certificates
  • Support Head of HR with the annual scheme renewal for PMI and other benefits
  • Reconcile monthly invoice with payroll and our internal spreadsheet
  • Support with Annual Reports such as Gender Pay Gap

What you must have:

  • Strong UK Pensions knowledge and Pensions admin experience essential
  • Experience in UK benefits would be advantageous but not essential
  • Experience in HR report building
  • Strong excel skills
  • High level of attention to detail
