HR Co-ordinator

A leading investor, developer and operator of logistics real estate are looking for an organised HR Co-ordinator to join they're team of HR professionals.

You will delight in being part of a small but effective HR Team striving to provide high level support and be committed to our efforts to create an exceptional working environment.

The day-to-day roles and responsibilities will involve -

PA Duties

  • Providing high level support to the Head of HR and HR Team anticipating needs
  • Diary management using initiative and strong prioritisation skills and diplomacy
  • Arranging meetings in multi-time zones including video conferences and conference calls
  • Work closely with the European support team and Social Committee

HR Duties

Starters and Leavers

  • Put together all UK employment contracts
  • Sent out job offer emails
  • Manage all new starters and leavers processes end to end
  • Ensure a full induction is in place for the new joiners ahead of their start date
  • Arrange IT equipment for new joiners
  • Liaise with the new joiners regarding their first day and ensure their manager is kept up to date

Recruitment

  • Ensure all RAF's have been complete correctly before sending to the Reward Committee for approval
  • Arrange all interviews were necessary and keep the recruitment tracker up to date
  • Negotiate Terms of Business with agencies

HR Support

  • Liaise with local lawyers to support with drafting agreements
  • Put together letters, agreements, and paperwork for relevant colleagues
  • Execution of all documents with local teams
  • Updating the L&D tracker on a quarterly basis
  • Ensure everything is filed correctly on SharePoint
  • Support with HR projects

Desirable qualifications, experience, and skills -

  • At least three years' experience in a similar role ;
  • Confident, self-motivating "Can Do Attitude";
  • Project-oriented and structured way of working, strong time management skills;
  • Team player, proactive, flexible and able to work under pressure, good communication skills both written and verbal;
  • Communication skills, both written and verbal and skills in another language a plus (Spanish; Italian; French; German, Dutch);
  • Advanced IT skills - Office 365 - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; Sharepoint; Salesforce
  • Prior experience in the property sector is desirable.
