As a HR Advisor you will act as the first point of contact for all HR queries. You will be responsible for a range of HR functions such a recruitment, on-boarding, employee relations, policies and procedures etc.

Client Details

Our client is a leading organisation within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry based in Luton and are looking for an experienced HR professional to join their team on an initial 12 month FTC. Our client also offer a great company culture to work in, a competitive salary, and a supportive senior leadership team.

Description

As a HR Advisor you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the recruitment process from start to finish
  • On-boarding new starters
  • Provide support to hiring managers with creating job descriptions
  • Managing employee relations cases from start to finish including: grievances, disciplinaries, absence management
  • Advising managers on HR issues and policies ensuring correct procedures are followed
  • Provide HR Admin support

Profile

The successful HR Advisor has:

  • Few years experience in a similar role
  • Ability to manage their time and meet deadlines
  • Great communication skills
  • Excellent organisation skills
