People Business Partner

Oakleaf Partnership are working with a large Not for Profit organisation who are seeking two People Business Partners to join their team. The organisation is going through transformational change and shifting their focus to talent and engagement. These roles will become trusted partners to specific business areas whilst having a broad remit. You will support management teams to drive and communicate change in line with the company's ambitious growth strategies. This is an exciting time to join the team and be a part of positive strategic change. This is an agile role with travel to offices regularly.

The responsibilities for the People Business Partners are:

• Providing strategic partnering services to their business area
• Coaching and supporting stakeholders and ensuring delivery and integration of people initiatives
• Delivering workforce plans for the business
• Driving employee engagement across business areas
• Delivery of local change initiatives ensuring organisation design principles are adhered to and best practice maintained
• Influencing, managing and monitoring strategic KPIs for
• Taking ownership to create and deliver plans to address outcomes
• Delivering effective HR annual processes such as pay review, performance management etc

The successful candidates will have/be:

• Previous experience at strategic Business Partner level
• Used to working in a complex and busy environment
• experience of change management
• experience managing multiple projects
• excellent communications skills both written and verbal
• a collaborative team player
• able to build strong and credible relationships with senior stakeholders

Our client offers a salary c£50k and a fantastic benefits package. The role will be agile and require some travel on a national scale.
