I have a fantastic opportunity at a diverse, innovative and highly reputable global Banking Group for an interim HRBP. Working within a highly collaborative and friendly team you will be partnering very closely with your stakeholders to understand their objectives and deliver upon their people agenda. This role will encompass a wide range of HR activities where you will get involved with all aspects of the employee spectrum. Liaising with the SLT you will have the opportunity to contribute to the design and delivery of strategic initiatives, cultural change, integration, DE&I and Talent Management. This is a fabulous opportunity work with highly functioning teams and an organisation who empowers their employees!

Length: 13 months FTC

Salary: paying between £75,000 and £85,000

Accountabilities

  • Working with your key stakeholders as a trusted advisor, providing direction and implementation of HR and management objectives
  • Working with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure their people strategy is embedded
  • Reviewing and analysing Management Information to provide insights
  • Understanding and contributing to your client group's strategy to ensure they hit their business objectives
  • Advising and supporting on all HR matters including ER, performance management, talent management, DE&I, reward, etc
  • Contributing ideas and implementing initiatives
  • Undertaking any ad hoc project work.

Skills and experience

  • Demonstrate a proven track record of HR business partnering within Financial Services, Professional Services or a large commercial organisation
  • You must have worked in a large matrix organisation
  • Strong communication, decision making and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to influence different business areas and management levels
  • Demonstrate commerciality and a strong knowledge of current UK employment law
  • Demonstrate the use of your analytical skills to solve problems and identify solutions
  • A motivated self-starter with the ability to adapt to different business needs
  • Ability to work well in a team and under their own initiative
  • Understanding of both strategic and operational objectives
