Description

The role of HR Advisor will consist of:

• 50% Recruitment - all aspects
• 50% HR and Payroll
• Providing support to managers
• Advising employees on any queries they may have
• Monitoring the HRIS system
• Working as a team to deliver HR projects
• Performing general HR administration

Profile

The successful candidate will:

• Have prior experience working in a HR environment - with payroll
• Be CIPD qualified
• Have great interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate good communication skills
• Be able to work well alone and within a team
• Have a high attention to detail
• Have a resilient character

Job Offer

If successful, the HR Advisor will be offered:

• A salary of £33,000 - £35,000
• A discretionary bonus
• The opportunity to work on a hybrid basis
