Description
- This role is a true Business Partnering opportunity, partnering with leaders across a defined area to deliver an excellent HR service
- You will need to have strong stakeholder management and influencing skills to coach and influence leaders on people related issues
- Up skill managers on People Management capability
- Focus on specific projects around Recruitment, D&I and specific areas of the people agenda
- Responsible for dealing with ER Casework
- Support implementation of new HR system
- Support with looking for areas of continuous improvement
- Lead on HR Operations for designated area/function or geographical patch
Profile
- CIPD qualified
- Proven track record operating at HR Advisor, Senior Advisor or HR BP level
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Project management experience
- Some strategic capability
Job Offer
- Salary range c. £35-41k
- 37 hours per week
- Enhanced pension
- Employee benefits shceme
- 27 days + BHs (increases with years service)
- Early finish Fridays
