Oakleaf Partnership are currently partnering with a successful, boutique financial services firm based in London who are seeking a People Administrator to join their People team.

This is a newly created role working closely with the People Team, currently a team of 3. You will initially manage the move of all documentation onto their new HRIS thereafter you will support in the full employee life cycle as well as recruitment administration and ad hoc HR projects.

This is an excellent role for a junior professional looking to make the move into a HR role, and to work within an impressive financial services firm. This role would suit someone from a Recruitment/HR background, with strong attention to detail, confident and professional.

On offer is a salary of £30,000 with a hybrid working pattern and some great company benefits too.
