Oakleaf Payroll have partnered with a market leading professional services business who are looking to recruit a Payroll Manager to come and run the Payroll function on a sole basis.
This role will involve managing a small payroll of 300 in house and working closely with the Finance, HR and Mobility teams internally.
Duties will include:
- Monthly payroll UK and Shadow
- Uploading Employee information around new joiners, leavers and salary changes including short term leave
- Support with general ledger reconciliation and preparation of payroll journals
- Prepare PAYE and payments for HMRC
- Generation of Payroll reports
- Respond to enquires and deal with pay discrepancies
- Pension Administration/Auto enrolment
- Benefits and renewals around existing schemes
Experience:
- 5 years + Payroll knowledge ideally in house
- Excellent Excel and ability to navigate payroll systems
- Experience of working within Financial Services or Professional services is preferred
