Oakleaf Payroll have partnered with a market leading professional services business who are looking to recruit a Payroll Manager to come and run the Payroll function on a sole basis.

This role will involve managing a small payroll of 300 in house and working closely with the Finance, HR and Mobility teams internally.

Duties will include:

  • Monthly payroll UK and Shadow
  • Uploading Employee information around new joiners, leavers and salary changes including short term leave
  • Support with general ledger reconciliation and preparation of payroll journals
  • Prepare PAYE and payments for HMRC
  • Generation of Payroll reports
  • Respond to enquires and deal with pay discrepancies
  • Pension Administration/Auto enrolment
  • Benefits and renewals around existing schemes

Experience:

  • 5 years + Payroll knowledge ideally in house
  • Excellent Excel and ability to navigate payroll systems
  • Experience of working within Financial Services or Professional services is preferred
