Your new company
Our Education client in Leicestershire are looking for a Recruitment and Resourcing Manager, initially on a 6 month interim basis to start as soon as possible and no later than January 2023.

Your new role
As the HR Systems and Data Manager you will lead a team of 5 Direct reports to deliver an efficient, solution focused and strategically informed data and systems service with duties including:

  • People & team management
  • Lead the development and delivery of innovative and sector leading data provision and systems
  • Oversee the completion of statutory returns, e.g. HESA, gender pay gap, ensuring they are completed accurately and on time
  • Scope and plan project work in relation to but not limited to developing existing HR systems and procuring new HR systems
  • Develop and maintain a suite of HR performance metrics
  • Provide leadership to organisations senior leaders on best practice
  • Provide advice and guidance on complex HR systems and data activities and act as an escalation point

This is a full time position offering flexible and hybrid working initially on a 6 month fixed term basis with the opportunity to apply for the permanent role Feb/march 2023. Please note to be considered for this role you need to be able to start the position no later than the beginning of January 2023.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role our client are looking for HR professional managers who have experience of working in HR Systems and managing a team of HR systems specialists in a large and complex organisation. You will have substantial experience in maintaining, developing and implementing HR systems and have experience of developing and producing large and complex data sets and of interpreting and analysing them.

You will have strong leadership, coaching and influential skills along with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and at all times show a commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion.
