YOUR NEW COMPANY
My client, an African banking conglomerate, is seeking to hire a HR Generalist for their busy offices in Mayfair. This person will be joining a team of 4 within the HR team, reporting directly into the Head of HR.
YOUR NEW ROLE
This role is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to all elements of HR, including employee relations, employment law, payroll, projects, and supporting the Head of HR with any other issues as required.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have proven experience within a similar role within financial services.
Highly organised with a strong understanding of HR best practices, and a strong knowledge of the hiring, onboarding, and induction processes.
WHAT YOU GET IN RETURN
This role offers a competitive salary of approx. £42k - 46k, hybrid working with 3 days a week in the office and 2 days at home, company 10% pension, private medical insurance, dental care, and optical care.
