Our client is looking for a strong HR Administrator to join their team.

Client Details

The client is in the legal sector and are keen a continuously growing brand.

Description

Your responsibilities will be but not limited to:

  • Monitor and manage the HR in box for all queries and admin actions
  • Production, sending and filing of employee contracts of employment
  • Conduct onboarding for new starters
  • Process all new starters, leavers and changes of contracts and letters
  • Maintain employee files
  • Maintain any HR spreadsheets
  • RTW checks
  • Maintain and regularly update the org charts
  • Compliance to HR processes
  • Support the entire HR Function
  • Liaise with Payroll to ensure all monthly payments are accurate and consistent
  • Record absence
  • Maintain GDPR at all times

Profile

  • Microsoft office proficient
  • HR Administration experience
  • Proactive, confident, and professional
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
