HR Advisor - Chesterfield - £28,000 DOE and qualifications


Your new role
A large, independent organisation within the health service is recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join a HR team of 6. The company is looking for an HR professional who is currently working at this level and is confident in delivering an excellent advisory service across the business.

You will lead on all employee relations matters including any complex cases such as disciplinary and grievances. You'll have the opportunity to be part of change projects, welfare and absence management. You'll support the management team and colleagues on HR policies and procedures and assist in any HR queries in person, over the phone or via email.

• Mentoring the junior of the team
• Keeping up to date with employment law changes
• Use and maintain the HR systems and record keeping
• Other general duties as required

What you'll need to succeed
You should be CIPD qualified or have the relevant knowledge in employee relations case management and employment law. It is essential that you have a proven track record working at a similar role and that you have the ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks.
