Job Details
We are currently Recruiting for a Luxury Retail brand looking for a Senior HR BP. This is a fantastic chance to join an industry leader and excel your career. You will be one of the main drivers of cultural and organisational change. The position is paying around £70,000 -£80,000 per annum plus bonus and several other benefits.
The role:
- Act as the Senior HR Business Partner for Group Operations
- Provide HR Business Partner support for Senior Leaders
- Support with HR and business communications and implement policies and processes
- Providing expert HR advice and consultation on all HR issues
- Communicating with stakeholders at all levels
- Champion the company culture and diversity
- Coach and consult on future plans and activities
- Identify, create and drive the people agenda
- Develop and lead teams to deliver business development
- Coach and support HR BPs in carrying out their role
- Manage annual talent cycle
- Manage complex ER issues
- Act as a project lead to ensure team delivers
