As a HR Advisor you will provide robust support and guidance to managers on Employee Relations, Best Practices and Policies and Procedures. You will support with end to end recruitment processes, manage varied ER caseloads, and support with the delivery of restructures, redundancies and TUPE processes.

Client Details

Page Personnel HR are working with a leading parking provider on an exciting new role. They are looking for a HR Advisor to join them on a full time and permanent basis. The successful applicant will be based at one of their offices in Leeds City Centre, however frequent travel to Ireland will also be required as they have acquired a new car parking operator in Ireland and this role will play an important part in the TUPE process of employees who transfer over.

*Please note although the role will be based in Leeds City Centre with 1 day WFH where required, the role will require frequent travel to Ireland. This will be for 2 to 3 days a week for the first 9 to 12 months of the acquisition, and once the acquisition has occurred, the role will involve travel to Ireland twice a month*

Description

The successful HR Advisor will:

  • Provide a robust HR Advisory service to managers, and provide support and coaching on all aspects of ER, best practices and policies and procedures
  • Provide assistance and support with acquired businesses and sites
  • Review and develop policies and procedures & key metrics to drive the business forward
  • Support with end to end recruitment and the onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Assist with the delivery of restructures, redundancies and TUPE processes

Profile

The successful HR Advisor will have:

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role, ideally at Advisor level
  • Experience of TUPE processes would be advantageous
  • Experience and knowledge or Irish Employment Laws would be desirable
  • Up to date knowledge of Employee Legislation
  • High attention to detail with the ability to prioritise varying workloads
  • Outgoing and approachable personality with the ability to work as part of a team effectively

Job Offer

Full time & Permanent role + Paying £30-35,000 + 26 days A/L plus bank holidays + Annual bonus scheme - paying one month's salary (payable February 2024 if meeting performance and company performance expectations) + 5% ER pension + Company social events + Free parking across all car parks throughout the UK + Up to Level 5 CIPD Study Support
