Permanent | open to full and part-time up to 35 hours per week | based in Blackburn | hybrid working

This organisation plays crucial role is supporting the 1.3 million people living within their catchment area, working with local education providers as well providing services to elderly people.

Your new role
As the organisations new HR Assistant, you will provide much needed administrative support to the HR Manager as well as the wider organisation, acting as the first-point of contact for any HR-related queries as well as organising events and supporting the management of projects. This opportunity provides candidates with a great chance to gain experience in recruitment, ensuring the organisation attracts the right talent at the right time, as well as managing the payroll process and ensuring accurate and effective data entry and management.

What you'll need to succeed
Successful candidates will have a good base knowledge of HR processes and procedures, as well as being sufficiently computer literature to be able to learn how to effectively utilise internal HR systems and Office 365. Candidates will be expected to have high organisational qualities, as well as being considered a self-starter and being able to work with a high degree of confidentiality.
