A fantastic chance to join a large, multi-national Natural Resources firm as a L&D Administrator based in their London office. The position will allow for someone to develop upon their skills to ensure that they can thrive and grow in their career.

A large multi-national Natural Resources firm with offices based in London. With active operations in around 70 different countries, it is one of the largest leading companies in its field.

Description

The L&D Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Updating the HR system with all relevant documentation
  • Taking part in L&D initiatives
  • Performing adhoc administrative duties when required
  • Supporting the coordination of events, centres, courses, etc.

Profile

The successful candidate will:

  • Prior experience working within a HR environment
  • Strong Excel knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous exposure to L&D initiatives

Job Offer

If successful, the L&D Administrator will be offered:

  • A salary of £25,000 - £30,000
  • The opportunity for hybrid working
