Description
- Provide HR consultancy services to a variety of clients for all people related matters ranging from day to day ER and HR operations as well as strategic HR projects
- Ensure all advice is fully compliance with UK employment law and driven by best practice
- Manage a portfolio of clients
- Identify potential opportunities for HR Consultancy work
- Ensure all SLAs are being met
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver work of excellent quality
Profile
- CIPD qualified
- Excellent UK employment law knowledge
- Strong track record in either HR Consultancy and working with a wide variety of clients
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence and guide
