Employee Engagement Specialist

Oakleaf are partnering with a well known and prestigious Financial Services firm, for a newly created role. This role will be the lead for all internal communications, setting the bar and creating new initiatives and varied ways to deliver internal coms throughout the business.

This role will sit within the Diversity and Inclusion team, but sit under the wider HR team.

You will be a specialist in internal employee communications as well has have experience delivering this within a HR team. You will have great interest and passion for D&I and have had experience creating initiatives. You will be creative and forward thinking with your approach, and have utilized social media to deliver these intiatives including external branding.
