People Advisor - Operations

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a People Advisor to join a rapidly growing and highly reputable organisation in Southampton. People Advisor, Southampton, Salary is £35'000 - £38'000 + excellent benefits along with hybrid working.

As the People Advisor you will support the People Partners in the delivery of the people plan within their specific business areas. You will be the first point of contact for all advice and guidance as well as dealing with all generalist activity to include, employee relations, implementation and updating of policy and procedures, pre-employment checks, recruitment, workforce planning as well as supporting on HR projects around employee engagement and change. Also within this role you will be expected to play a pivotal part in collating market analysis and insights around Reward processes, you will work with various HR data allowing you to identify trends and issues ensuring projects are in line with the overall people strategy.

To be successful in this role you will have proven experience of working in a similar position with responsibility across the generalist remit, you will be a self-starter who is highly motivated and enjoys working in a fast paced and growth environment. Your ability to multitask and be an expert within HR Administrative tasks will be of real interest to my client. Your inquisitive mind set and ability to work with data along with your desire to study towards the CIPD qualification will stand you in good stead for this role.
