Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll work with your business stakeholders and closely with the wider HR to deliver & help support our recruitment strategy as we look to build a best in class operation.

Description

  • Full responsibility for managing the end-to-end recruitment delivery from initial briefing call to offer management.
  • Provide a fantastic candidate journey to all candidates
  • Proactively source & build talent pools for hot jobs & roles
  • Write & create interesting job adverts to appeal to a broad audience & increase our candidate attraction
  • Proactively sourcing and headhunting using a variety of channels, aligning with specialisms & understanding where we need a bigger presence
  • Understand the competitive marketplace, agencies, job boards, and publications that can support hiring & targeting
  • Build and develop relationships with unit and stakeholders - develop detailed knowledge of the area
  • Host regular update calls with stakeholders to provide regular updates
  • Provide recruitment expertise and market knowledge to HR, HMs, and Key stakeholders
  • Be a point of contact for external partners and suppliers on all aspects of the recruitment process

Profile

  • Previous recruitment experience either agency or in-house
  • Prior experience in recruiting Engineering & Manufacturing would be advantageous
  • Previous experience of providing excellent stakeholder management
  • Prior experience in managing an end-to-end recruitment process
  • Ability to create interesting & thoughtful job adverts & social media content
  • Ability to take ownership for your work
  • Proactive, resilient and self-motivated skills are essential
  • The necessary enthusiasm and desire to succeed and the discipline to achieve significant results for the organization.
