Description

• Working closely with and assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures when dealing with employee relations, absence, performance and retention issues.
• Dealing with grievance/disciplinary procedures and ensuring a fair process is followed.
• Support with internal investigations, where appropriate, to ensure that a fair and robust process is followed.#
• Ensure the [HR/full staff list is maintained effectively adding accurate new starter details and removing leavers; updating internal telephone lists etc. accordingly.
• Provide information to the Compliance team to assist in ensuring the company organisation chart is up to date, taking into account any reporting changes and adding new roles where necessary.
• Assisting with administration/training needs related to health, safety and welfare of staff.
• Provision of reports/HR statistical information to the Finance Director as required.

Profile

• Someone who has got some HR experience and is wanting to progress
• Someone with some knowledge of employment law
• CIPD qualified (not essential)
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
