Description
This is a full generalist role which includes supporting site management across a broad range of people issues including talent management, employee engagement and well-being, management capability, resourcing, employee relations and training and development. The role will also involve leading and/or taking part in the delivery of a number of HR projects and programmes
Profile
- Someone who has got some HR experience and is wanting to progress
- Someone with some knowledge of employment law
- CIPD qualified
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
