A global matrix business commercial business within the publishing sector.

Your new role

Supporting an international population within Editorial, Sales, Journalism and marketing, you will be
responsible for delivering the annual people plan including capability, OD, developing succession plans, development, training and retention initiatives as well as managing MI and data to support business design making. You will also manage change, M&A, acquisition projects as well as any consequent restructure and OD work.

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate will have operated as an HR Business Partner within a global matrix business and will ideally have supported a sales, journalism, marketing population. You will have managed all annual cyclical activities as well as change projects. It is essential that you have strong stakeholder management and are quick to influence and engage at a senior level. It is also essential that you can start a new role immediately and commit to a 12 month contract working for a minimum of 1 day per week in the London office.
