Talent Acquisition Specialist

Oakleaf Partnership are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a well-known, global business with offices in Manchester City Centre. This is a permanent opportunity that will join and become an integral part of a well-established and experienced Talent team. The role involves end-to-end recruitment of junior to mid-level roles and support on senior hires when needed. The company pride themselves on development and transparent career paths. Hybrid working available.

Key responsibilities for the role include:

• Supporting talent acquisition delivery across the business
• Creating and uploading job adverts on internal and external platforms
• Screening, interviewing and assessing candidates to support processes

• Taking job requirements from hiring managers and setting up vacancies on the ATS
• Direct sourcing, pipelining passive candidates, and managing own talent pool
• Screening incoming applications and arranging interviews
• Providing salary insights and trends from the market to reflect expectations
• Being creative with sourcing, although LinkedIn and job boards are available
• Ensuring a positive experience for all candidates
• Collaborating with HR related activities and projects

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• Previous experience within a recruitment role (agency or internal)
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to build relationships with people at all levels
• Computer literacy with MS Office and in-house systems
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment
• a willingness to learn and develop
