Your new role
As the Employee Relations (ER) Advisor, you will form part of a busy ER and Policy team, reporting to an ER Manager. Key responsibilities:
- Advise and support managers on a breadth of employee relations casework matters (informal and formal cases)
- Develop proactive relationships with stakeholders across your designated client group
- Ensure timely and accurate case management data and documentation
- Guide staff in the application of HR policies and best practice
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your application, you will demonstrate a track record in handling high volume and complex Employee Relations cases, with the aptitude to work collaboratively and as a trusted advisor to your colleagues and stakeholders.
