Job Details
Oakleaf Partnership are working with a Salford-based business who have an exciting opportunity for an experienced L&D Business Partner on a permanent basis. The role will become an integral part of the People & Culture team, establish the L&D function across the business and support with strategic initiatives such as succession planning, career development and engagement. Salary is c£50k.
Key responsibilities for the L&D Business Partner include:
- managing and supporting on HR projects and initiatives
- coaching, guiding and advising line managers
- stakeholder management and engagement
- developing and delivering effective talent management initiatives including succession planning to develop talent and drive retention
- embedding a culture of learning and development
- ensuring mandatory training is undertaken and development training is encouraged
- driving engagement initiatives across the business
- collaborating on the reward strategy
- capturing data for monthly reporting
- identifying, initiating and implementing improvements in processes and systems
The successful candidate will have/be:
- previous experience at Business Partner level
- strong knowledge within Learning & Development
- proven experience in talent management and development
- excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- ability to build strong working relationships with people at all levels
- computer literate with MS Office and HRIS and LMS
- used to working on multiple initiatives and able to make decisions
