Job Details
Reporting to the HR Director and joining a team of 5 Business Partners, you will have responsibility for the London region and provide a full generalist HR service.

Description
- Provide advice to key stakeholders within your region and their relative populations on all employment matters
- Coach and support managers on their people plans, continuously reviewing to ensure they remain relevant and effective
- Improve leadership and manager capability ensuring they have the ability to manage people effectively at all levels
- Analyse HR and business data to identify trends and proactively review with relevant managers.
- Advise on all Employee Relations issues, company policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and advice and where necessary deliver investigation, disciplinary and grievance hearings through to completion.
- Coach individual managers and carry out training sessions on HR related issues to upskill managers, including reviews and absence management
- Work collaboratively across the entire HR team, sharing knowledge to ensure a consistent approach across the company.
- Lead on the design and delivery of people focused projects across areas / locations and the wider business.
Profile
- Previous experience working as a HRBP / HR Generalist in a multisite environment
- Broad generalist HR experience across all disciplines, with particular strong ER exposure
- Demonstrable experience of effective performance management processes.
- Coaching and training experience to deliver bespoke training to all levels of management
- Adaptability in terms of stakeholder management and being able to communicate at all levels
Job Offer
Salary up to £55,000 depending on experience
12 month FTC
Wider package includes 50% staff discount on products, pension 6.5% matched and 33 days annual leave including bank holidays
