As a HR Advisor you will be responsible for managing employee relation cases from start to finish, providing advice to line managers on employment law and supporting in the delivery of ER training to staff.

Client Details

Our client are a leading company within the FMCG industry based in Watford and are looking for a HR Advisor to join their team on a part-time basis. Our client offers flexible working and have a supportive management team to offer excellent training.

Description

As a HR Advisor you will:

  • Provide generalist HR advice, support and administration to improve business operations across the employee life cycle.
  • Manage and continuously aim to improve Employee Engagement
  • Employee Relations casework
  • Assist on inputs to the HR Strategy
  • Provide supervision, coaching and mentoring to staff, to ensure the delivery of an accurate and efficient administration service to the business in line with HR policies and procedures.
  • Dealing with various HR queries throughout the business

Profile

The successful HR Advisor will have:

  • CIPD qualified (or equivalent) ideal but not necessary
  • Strong previous HR experience to provide generalist HR advice on employment terms, conditions, policies and procedures.
  • A positive attitude to improvements and diligence to do the best possible job
  • A confident communicator, with the ability to liaise with employees at all levels on sensitive issues
  • Experience in dealing with complex ER issues, disciplinary, grievance etc.
