Oakleaf have partnered with a forward thinking, progressive Fin-Tech firm to support them on their search for a HR Business Partner for a maternity cover. This will at first be a 12-18 month FTC, with an immediate start date.
The role itself will be strategic, you will be partnering with the business and key stakeholders and have responsibility for 2 key client groups. You will be working closely with the Head of HR, Head of Talent and Head of Reward. You will also have 3 direct reports and have the opportunity to mentor and coach them through their careers.
To be the successful HRBP, you will be a natural leader with the gravitas to support and coach your core HR team. You will be a strategic HR professional and have experience strategizing and partnering to deliver business goals and outcomes. You will have experience utilizing data to deliver people strategies whilst also have a generalist background providing solid HR advice and liasing with all levels of stakeholders.
You will ideally have come from a similar fin-tech or technology background and have experience managing a similar HR team within a HR Business Partner or Manager role.
