Diversity and Inclusion Specialist

We are partnering with a global and widely recognised financial services firm for a brand new AVP D&I Culture and Communications role. This will at first be on an 18-month FTC.

Diversity and Inclusion are at the forefront of this organisations agenda and promote a culture that puts it's people first, listen to all ideas and invest in talent and technology.

This role will work closely with the Head of D&I and Culture Manager as well as other senior business managers across EMEA. You will manage relationships across other parts of the Organisational Development team including early careers to support the I&D branding and communications. You will also collect and analyse engagement survey results to support the creation of new D&I plans.

To be the successful ED& I, Culture Specialist you will have experience of end-to-end management of D&I projects with multiple stakeholders. Have extensive knowledge of I&D and culture related activities, gained within a similar global, matrix organisation.

You will have a clear passion for diversity and inclusion and have experience communicating initiatives across the business.
