Your new company
You will be joining a charity as their Senior HR BP or the Corporate client group consisting of 5 functions and various board and C-Suite members. Managing a small team, your role is to develop a business partnering model and be the 'go to' person for your senior stakeholders in the organisation.

Your new role
Your role is to take a strategic view point of what is happening in the client group, working with your stakeholders to develop pragmatic solutions and supporting them through change and transformation activities. At times, there may be some complex ER matters escalated to you to resolve. As the leader of the HR team for this client group, you will manage a team of 5 HR Advisors/Junior HRBP's and the organisation are looking to develop the capability and progression for these team members through developing a business partnering function.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a credible and professional HR BP who can business partner with senior level stakeholders including board level. You will have a strong track record of partnering through change and transformation environments and a passion of developing the skills and experiences of junior colleagues.
