Job Details
We have a current opportunity for a HR Operations Analyst on a permanent basis, at a specialist Insurance firm based in London.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the implementation and rollout of the HRIS
- Organising, auditing, cleansing, and maintaining all HR data and complying with GDPR
- Taking ownership of the HR data manipulation and reporting
- Managing the HR dashboard
- Providing support during the monthly payroll cycle, and act as back-up for processing monthly payroll and pension
Required Experience & Competencies:
- Stong analytical skills with a key eye for detail
- Experience in developing reports and dashboards
- Payroll experience
- Understand pension cap
- Ability to deal with stakeholders throughout the business and able to present information in a clear way to different audiences
