We have a current opportunity for a HR Operations Analyst on a permanent basis, at a specialist Insurance firm based in London.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the implementation and rollout of the HRIS
  • Organising, auditing, cleansing, and maintaining all HR data and complying with GDPR
  • Taking ownership of the HR data manipulation and reporting
  • Managing the HR dashboard
  • Providing support during the monthly payroll cycle, and act as back-up for processing monthly payroll and pension

Required Experience & Competencies:

  • Stong analytical skills with a key eye for detail
  • Experience in developing reports and dashboards
  • Payroll experience
  • Understand pension cap
  • Ability to deal with stakeholders throughout the business and able to present information in a clear way to different audiences
