As an Employee Relations Officer working for our client in the FMCG industry, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Employee Relations team, including but not limited to: responding to ER queries, producing letters and paperwork, and working closely with the ER team based in Milton Keynes.

Our client are a leading organisation in the FMCG industry and are looking for an Employee Relations Officer to join there team on an initial 6-9 months FTC. Our client offers a competitive salary, hybrid working and excellent benefits.

Description

As an Employee Relations Officer you will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to the Employee Relations team
  • Working directly with ER Advisors and line managers
  • Supporting ER Advisors with case management
  • Producing letters and paperwork
  • To set up Employee Relation meetings, for example, disciplinaries, grievances etc

Profile

The successful Employee Relations Officer will:

  • Have a passion for Human resources, in particular Employee Relations and Employment Law
  • Able to interpret and advice on company policy and procedures
  • Have previous administrative experience, ideally within a HR/ER setting
  • Have excellent communications skills at all levels
  • Be able to organise their time and make sure their tasks are completed efficiently
