Job Details

As an Employee Relations Officer working for our client in the FMCG industry, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Employee Relations team, including but not limited to: responding to ER queries, producing letters and paperwork, and working closely with the ER team based in Milton Keynes.

Our client are a leading organisation in the FMCG industry and are looking for an Employee Relations Officer to join there team on an initial 6-9 months FTC. Our client offers a competitive salary, hybrid working and excellent benefits.
Description
As an Employee Relations Officer you will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to the Employee Relations team
- Working directly with ER Advisors and line managers
- Supporting ER Advisors with case management
- Producing letters and paperwork
- To set up Employee Relation meetings, for example, disciplinaries, grievances etc
Profile
The successful Employee Relations Officer will:
- Have a passion for Human resources, in particular Employee Relations and Employment Law
- Able to interpret and advice on company policy and procedures
- Have previous administrative experience, ideally within a HR/ER setting
- Have excellent communications skills at all levels
- Be able to organise their time and make sure their tasks are completed efficiently
