Frazer Jones is partnering with a fast-growing global bank to find an HR Advisor on a 12-month FTC to support the wider HR Team in their London office. With a forward-thinking and people-focused approach, this bank strives to provide pioneering services and solutions, using innovative technology and concepts.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with the HR Team to support the employee life cycle, payroll, recruitment, advise on ER Queries and assist in any adhoc projects. Role Responsibilities:

  • Maintain all employee files in accordance with the guidelines required to meet internal audit procedures.
  • Manage all aspects of the employee life cycle, ensuring that the new joiners and leavers process is completed to a high standard and timely manner.
  • Assist the employee on-boarding experience for client groups and new joiners.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and management to make new employees feel valued and welcome in the company environment.
  • Ensure that all certified staff have completed the mandatory training and co-ordinate any programmes for the internal training regime.
  • Implement effective recommendations for improvement in processes and practices in specific areas.
  • Identify that all relevant matters are brought to the attention of the HR Manager.
  • Advise and assist on any employee-related queries, using professional knowledge within the company's guidelines.


  • Previous experience in an HR Generalist role (financial services or professional services required).
  • Experience of working in a process driven environment whilst maintaining attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain drive and determination throughout a team whilst prioritising individual workload.
  • Ability to communicate confidently with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
